Learn IT recruitment from someone who still hires every day.

AI took the entry-level recruiting job. This is how you get the one it can’t do.

Sound familiar?

  • The JD says “Kubernetes” and you just search “Kubernetes”
  • The hiring manager asks a technical question and you go quiet
  • You send 20 profiles, none get shortlisted
  • You’ve been “learning recruitment” from YouTube for 3 months and still can’t run one search
  • You applied for a recruiter job and got asked about W2, C2C and 1099

Different problems. One missing skill: understanding the tech.

“Won’t AI just do this job?”

It already does part of it.

AI now screens resumes, ranks candidates, books interviews and writes the first outreach message. Those were the tasks a fresher used to be hired to do. If your plan was to get a recruiting job by forwarding CVs, that plan is gone.

Here’s what didn’t change. 84% of talent leaders plan to use AI in recruiting this year, and 52% are adding autonomous AI agents to their teams — yet 73% still name critical thinking their number one priority when evaluating who to hire.

Korn Ferry, 12th Annual Talent Acquisition Trends, 1,670+ talent leaders · 2026

And this is not just preference. Under the EU AI Act, recruitment tools are classified high-risk and human oversight is a legal requirement. New York City requires bias audits and candidate notice for automated hiring tools. Someone qualified has to review the machine’s output. That someone is the job.

There’s one more number worth sitting with. 93% of recruiters plan to increase their AI use in 2026. Only 34% say most of their team can actually use it well.

LinkedIn research, 19,000 respondents · 2026

That gap between intention and skill is the opening. It is not closed by learning a tool — the tools change every quarter. It is closed by understanding the technology you hire for well enough to know when the machine is wrong.

That is the whole course.

Why RTechX

Three things that make this different

Taught by a working TA lead, not a full-time trainer

Rattan still runs live requirements every week. What you learn on Tuesday is what he used on Monday — not a syllabus written three years ago.

You leave with artifacts, not notes

A 60+ page handbook, requirement intake sheets, a Boolean library, screening scorecards and a submission template. Things you can open on day one of a job.

Global, not just US

Most courses teach the US market and stop. Days 1–3 apply anywhere — India, US, EU, UK, South Africa, APAC — and the specialisation days go deep on the two markets that actually pay Indian recruiters.

The catalogue

One course live. More being built.

Everything is taught live by a working recruiter. Nothing is pre-recorded and resold.

IT Recruitment Masterclass

Read a tech JD, build the Boolean, screen the candidate. Three live evenings, taught by a recruiter who still hires every day.

  • Read a tech JD and separate the 4–6 things that actually matter from the wish list
  • Write a Boolean string that returns relevant people, then fix it when it doesn’t
  • Screen a resume on evidence — recency, depth, scale, ownership — instead of keyword matching
  • Run a 20-minute recruiter screening call with a structure and a scorecard
  • 3-day masterclass
